Integrating Human Rights Principles into Mandalika's Governance and Development
ITDC has appointed NILF Advocates & Legal Consultant as its legal and human rights advisor to advance the integration of human rights principles into corporate governance and the sustainable development of the Mandalika region.
The engagement reflects ITDC's commitment to positioning Mandalika as a world-class, sustainable tourism destination, one that balances economic advancement with the meaningful respect, protection, and fulfilment of human rights across its operations and engagement with local communities and stakeholders.
As part of this mandate, NILF has supported human rights principles socialization sessions and accompanied ITDC in coordination meetings with the Directorate General of Human Rights Services and Compliance, Ministry of Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
