Judicial Review of the Telecommunications Law at the Constitutional Court
NILF Advocates & Legal Consultant secured a significant achievement in safeguarding the legal position of Indonesia's telecommunications industry in the judicial review of Article 28 paragraph (1) of Law Number 36 of 1999 on Telecommunications, as amended by Law Number 6 of 2023 on Job Creation.
The matter was heard as Case Number 273/PUU-XXIII/2025 and Case Number 33/PUU-XXIV/2026 at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia. NILF acted as legal counsel, representing the interests of the Association of Telecommunications Operators of Indonesia (ATSI).
